• Siddhesh Rakhi specializes in handcrafted, traditional, and festive rakhis for wholesale orders.

• All products are intended for wholesale purposes unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.

• By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into this agreement and comply with all applicable laws.

2. Order Acceptance

• Orders are subject to acceptance by Siddhesh Rakhi.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of operational constraints, product unavailability, or errors in product or pricing information.

3. Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping charges.

• We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Payment Terms

• We accept secure payment via:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI)

  • Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Maestro, Amex)

  • Net Banking (All major banks)

  • Wallets & Payment Gateways

  • Bank Transfer (for orders above ₹1,00,000)

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for wholesale orders.

• Orders will not be processed until the payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery Policy

• Standard delivery time: 5–10 business days, may vary during peak seasons.

• We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

• Shipping charges are applicable and may need to be paid at the time of receiving the product (depending on courier terms).

• Customers will receive an order tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp for real-time updates.

• Ensure accurate shipping details to avoid delays.

6. Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy

• As our products are festive, traditional, and handcrafted, we do not accept returns once an order is sold and delivered.

• Customers are requested to review their orders carefully before confirming the purchase.

• In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or proof. We will assist with a replacement or store credit (subject to verification).

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

1. Payment Issues – If the payment is deducted but the order was not generated.

2. Order Cancellation by Us – If a product becomes unavailable after purchase or in rare operational issues.

3. Duplicate Payment – If you have been charged twice for the same order.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment mode.

Note:

• No refunds for orders successfully delivered in good condition.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, are the property of Siddhesh Rakhi and protected under intellectual property laws.

• Any unauthorized use of our content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Siddhesh Rakhi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or products.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the website.

• Customer data will be handled as per our Privacy Policy, and used solely for order processing and communication purposes.

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
