Return Policy

• As our products are festive, traditional, and handcrafted, we do not accept returns once an order is sold and delivered.

• We request our customers to review their order carefully before confirming the purchase.

• In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or proof. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or store credit (subject to verification).

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

1. Payment Issues – If your payment is deducted but the order was not generated.

2. Order Cancellation by Us – If a product becomes unavailable after purchase or in rare cases of operational issues.

3. Duplicate Payment – If you have been charged twice for the same order.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

Please note:

• No refunds will be made for orders successfully delivered in good condition.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
